Meet Your Supervisor

 

Dana Southerland is a lifelong resident of Taylor County and is married with three grown children. She was elected in August 2008 to serve as Supervisor of Elections for Taylor County and is currently serving her fourth term. Prior to being elected she worked in the elections office and the Clerk of Court. She has over thirty years of employment with Taylor County Government.

Accomplishments since taking office:


Conducted 19 successful elections since taking office
Has assisted in registering over 650 high school students to vote
Implemented the Vote in Honor of a Vet program for Taylor County (currently displaying 483 of our honored Veterans)
